- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Spoke w rep "Kitty" or something like that, I do not know. All she wanted to tell me was that i was wrong have "Dialed the wrong number" 3 times, even though I called the number SHE provided. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I too am going through a long line of rude representatives. I've paid just under $3,500 for six months of coverage this year and they say I haven't paid. I've given them copies of the checks including the back of each check showing they have deposited each and every one to PNC bank yet they say I haven't paid and are actually nasty about it. I run a national healthcare company and know that getting rude to a customer on the phone does not make your customer base grow. I assume they can afford to loose a few customers? I've asked to speak to a supervisor and got the same cold, rude remarks. They are telling my drug store they aren't paying for my prescriptions because I haven't paid. They told a hospital they aren't paying for an x-ray because I don't pay. Am I in bizarro world?? I finally write a letter because I can't get a supervisor on the phone and they don't return my calls. Today I get a call back from yet another nasty rep, this time a supervisor with zero customer service skills. She says the reason I haven't had coverage is because my insurance started in January even though I enrolled in February!! So, I have been a month behind all along!!! This company has proven to me that they not only have no clue as to what they are doing, but that they are okay with taking money in exchange for nothing. They do not care about customers. They care about the dollar. Hey Geisinger, it doesn't cost a penny to teach your employees that it's customers....aka sucker to you....that pay their checks.January 20, 2017by W EB
